You need to vent mate, keep stuff bottled up and it will eat away at you. You're putting your life on hold because of this.....
Have a coffee, get outside. Go for a walk/run.
Life is bliss |

It’s not a failing to be struggling with your mental health, and it doesn’t make you less strong.
Be kind to yourself. You’re doing the best you can. This lockdown is f*cling hard!

I think you are doing the right thing asking for support, building up a support network is important. We can all help each other in times when our mental health is more fragile. Having a number of people you can talk to, plus professional help when it is acute, helps too as it can reduce the feeling of being a burden to someone and reduce your dependence on any individual, as well as creating a structure of mutual support, we all need to care for ourselves but being there for others also helps, we all are wounded in some ways but that also means we can help each other to heal, |

No, the fact you're speaking up about it is a start. We all struggle at the best of times and with everything that's going on right now, it's only going to get worse. We all need that support so you are definitely not alone |

Sometimes a day of mental reboot and a listening, non judgemental ear is all what you need to stand up and face tomorrow. Just rest. Be kind to yourself.. we all crack sometimes. X |

You said I don't think I'm that strong.. look at you, in the mirror, you didn't give up on yourself. That's more than I can think of right now and I admire your courage not to pretend you are OK. I mostly do. So who is weak here? I don't think that's you. |

Said it before but Lego was my saviour back in 2014/2015
The wife picked up a few small sets, 3 in 1’s are good value for money, which helped when I was struggling being laid up at home for 4 months unable to see anyone, go out or enjoy any of my usual things. |

Its a shit place to be.
Been there, still visit now and then.
My first piece of advice would be to see your GP. Not any GP, the one you are registered with. Its going to be an ongoing relationship, so you need to see the same one. If you dont like or trust your GP, request to be moved to a different one at that practice. Preferrably a younger one.
Go to the GP. If you think you are going to find it hard to explain, write it out beforehand and just hand them the paper.
GPs are so much better than they used to be on mental health issues, and are your gateway to referral to mental health services, meds etc
Its very likely you will need to see your GP on an ongoing basis to manage your mental health, you need a sound relationship with them. Not everything you try will work. So you need one medic who oversees any medication, therapy etc and keeps you on course. A good GP will do this.
Pm anytime you want.
Good luck. Im not goimg to lie, its a hard road fella.
