Yes, my Sunday dinner just eaten was really tasty.

Vegetarian sausages with celeriac chips and honey coated carrots washed down with a chilled Sauvignon B.

What was/is your home cooked Sunday dinner?

I have not long since finished mine. I didn't go for a roast but I did spoil myself.

Chicken breast topped with stilton, bacon, mushroom and peppercorn sauce, chips n veg.

Slow cook beef brisket, braised for 4 hours in a Vietnamese origin sauce. It melted in my mouth.

I cooked extra as it’s one of those dishes that’ll taste even better the next day.
