I'm sueing Morrisons!!

As I now have a Morrisons on my doorstep since my move I've now been twice for shopping .
I've decided me and Morrisons dont get on .
The first time I nearly ended up in a scrap .
And today i braved it in 8 foot of snow . I got there , all was well until i finished said shopping and left the store .
For some reason only be known to me i completely forgot it was like Swan fucking Lake outside and proceeded , in front of dozens of amused shoppers , to slip, fall over tit , and watch my bag of frozen Potato Croquettes and a tin of Tuna rolling down the car park . I'm not shopping there any more .
Should I sue ?? |

They are fine. It's cold out there. They remain unaltered but the Tuna ..... does it improve with rolling away from the owner ? |

On the theme of supermarket litigation...did you see the news story about the guy Sainsburys sued for calling his shop Singhsburys, so he changed it to Morrisinghs ? I liked when the news used to include wee stories like that. |

If it wasn't gritted you have a fair case. However as you have left the site and not reported it to the manager your case may well be jeopardised.
They have a duty of care to grit walkways...... not all of the car park but certain bits.....

If it wasn't gritted you have a fair case. However as you have left the site and not reported it to the manager your case may well be jeopardised.

Well.
To begin with you need to establish motive to victimisation.
Can you prove that Morrisons purposely allowed 8 feet of snow to fall within their grounds, and can you further provide evidence that this 8 feet of snow was intentionally allowed to fall within the time you planned to go to Morrisons?
More evidence is required if your going to win your case |

In the summer I twisted my ankle in a busy town centre and fell to the floor and couldn't get up 
The shame!
People rushed over - even the staff from the Domino's Pizza I was in front of came out.
I had to get a taxi home even though I was 10 mins away from my house and the taxi driver helped me in my house and got me my broom handle so I could hobble around my flat.
This clearly means people think I'm ancient  |

If it happened in the car park you can’t they consider public car parking and no private for legal reason
So they not libel if a car gets dammged or hit so would be ur local council you would have to sue |
