Pot of fresh coffee, toast, marmalade, fresh fruit and Greek yogurt, bacon, tomato and scrambled egg please. A glass of buck's fizz would go down a treat too, I count that as a good substitute for alka seltzer  |

Definitely a duvets day... and today is actually one of my favourite sports days of the day... conference championship Sunday!
Have to say I prefer it to the super bowl as today you tend to get better games...
