There and to the left a bit |
Sorry to hear - do you know what's behind it? Or just general malaise?
Something you've experienced before and know how to deal with? Maybe finding someone to talk it through with, or finding activities to take your mind off it?

"Been feeling really down last few days "
Feel free to message us if you want/need a chat or a rant.
That goes for anyone on here. Forget the swinging side of it all, just someone to have a chat with!
This lockdown is tough for so many people, I've been down and recently caved and went back on my antidepressants, I'm glad I did as I'm feeling much better again! So I know what it's like, our inbox is open for anyone struggling.
Take care Jane x |

Chin up OP, I would say I know how you feel but that really just means I have had a horrible few days too - depression worse than I can recall, although I'm getting through it.
If you need to chat, drop me a line. |

Be strong OP.
You will get used to the mask.
At least it is not 30+ Celcius with 70% humidity like here.
Be strong and I hope you will feel better soon. |

It's not the best feeling in the world having that strap of fabric attached to your face for hours. It's hard not to see others facial expressions. You are doing best what you can and I hope you and your coworkers find ways to cope with a dose of a banter and hopefully lighten the burden of wearing it for hours. |

Get yourself some Lego.
You'd be surprised how therapeutic it can be to take your mind off current events and just follow a set of instructions.
The best bit is you can then break it down and remake it assuming you buy something fun to build. |

Op sending you virtual hugs. I've had a dreadful week and spent most of it crying. Not sleeping more than 3 hrs a night.
Its good to admit how we feel and even knowing people are there to listen, to rant to or even just have a giggle.
If you need to chat just drop me a message.
We are social creatures and I only mentioned to someone this week when this is over god help anyone that asks me for coffee cause I will probably hug them to death xx

It's funny you mention lego, someone I know has done exactly this and I think it's really helped him. |

My thoughts go out to you OP, and my suggestion would be to be kind to yourself, to give yourself treats to look forward to.
I've had a few crappy weeks with one thing and another but I can see that glimmer of light and am being particularly forgiving of myself. |

Hope your mood lifts OP.
I know its not easy having to wear the mask all day....we have to wear the full PPE and it is mentally exhausting and at times you feel so claustrophobic. It will get better as will you x |

There is a cafe near me, where they keep jars with Lego on the tables. I like fiddling with it whilst waiting for my latte it's therapeutic indeed. Miss that place. |

Yes it does make me feel claustrophobic but I just work in a supermarket and I take it you work in the medical profession. |

I know this feeling only to well, haven’t been sleep anytime before 4am and I’m just feeling isolated and miserable. But each day I think tomorrow will be a better day, sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t. I just roll with it |

For everybody struggling, its OK to not be OK
Be kind to yourself... Take time out for yourself - have a nice bath, or sit down and relax... Give yourself a break - relaxing is not wasting time, it is rebuilding your resilience and preparing yourself mentally and physically for when you need it
Try having a walk in a park/green space - listen to the sounds of the birds, focus on your breathing, look at your surroundings - really look.. Look at the sky and the changing patterns of yhe clouds. Connect with the world around you
Most of all know that you are not alone and certainly not the only person struggling with these feelings
I hope you feel better soon |
