So it’s another Saturday in lockdown.
Some are lucky and in a couple(which I’m massively envious of you lovely bunch atn)
The rest of us are singletons and I don’t know about you but it’s a struggle at times., so let’s just chat random shit...

So, early morning bike ride. My usual 12 miles local in glorious sunshine and not many people around. really nice..
Shower and out to my click and collect shopping. Checked in on an old lady I have known for a long time who lives alone, she's fine, as she's ever going to be.
Home, cooked myself a nice beef ragout, now I'm sat with a coffee and schnapps and fab in my lap..
Got to be honest, I'm not struggling with anything.....  |

Had lots of plans to get things done, but alas that never happened.
So instead went for a walk, stood out in the cold for awhile to drop some stuff off my mum needed then sat on the sofa and read an historical fiction book where lots of heads and limbs got chopped off.
I’ll do better tomorrow |

I spent 7yrs of my childhood out there in Northern Virginia, it was idyllic and the best childhood ever but not really representative of the US. |

Did some cleaning and food shopping, replaced the battery in my car which took up a lot of my day. Just chilling and watching TV having just finished a takeaway pizza.

Quite a cathartic day really - worked a little more on my brother's eulogy for his funeral in a few days.
The good thing being that many of my thoughts and feelings have come back into focus this week.
I've deleted over 100,000 emails that I was keeping hold of as well, oh and watched some comedy bits on amazon prime. |
