Yeah, young lad no older than about 13 if that when he killed her. Paris I think his name is if my memory serves me correctly. Due for release pretty soon I think isn't he, they'd advised her to move away and cut ties especially having had another child, but she was gonna take him back in.
What a position to find yourself in as a parent.  |

Haha they're a proud bunch for sure. Find any online news article that calls them less than an officer and you'll find some angry comments.

Well different category prisons would have different rules. I’m in a category B prison so we have different rules to a category A prison and different rules to a category D prison. It’s very different at the moment since March last year with covid. Prisoners haven’t had any visits which is sad for them. They’re inside their cells for most of the day whereas before they could use recreational spaces and go to training rooms and class rooms.
Watch some real life prison documentaries but remember it’s not all doom and gloom. The aim is to keep prisoners happy (because it makes a safer environment to work in) and give them skills so they hopefully can go back into society and don’t come back. |
