Im probably in the minority here and ill get called out for being a shallow tosspot.
But..when i see posts asking to give your preference on body parts and i see the obligatory White Knight 'Sir Chatshitsalot' commenting "Well i just think all women are beautiful and equal"
It makes me cringe and i just think they are telling porkies..they do have a preference..and are just saying they dont to try and get laid.

Maybe people aren't turned off by one thing or another but everyone has a preference.
I tend to prefer taller men. That doesn't necessarily mean I wouldn't look at a shorter guy but my preference is tall.

I'll put my hand up as one of those guys and say I honestly don't have a "type" in a particular physical way, in my almost 56 years I have found attraction with a wide variety of women in terms of body shape - and really am not bothered by big boobs or small, smooth or hairy or the majority of other things...attraction for me *does* come from connection and chemistry and personality.
Yes, there has to be a physical attraction too, but that's not defined by a particular shape or size, hair or eye colour or any other specific.
So yes, I will find beauty in whatever shape, will leave it to the pubic preference of the person concerned etc.
If you choose to label me a "white knight just seeking to offer platitudes for sex" OP then that's your prerogative, but it also proves you don't know me very well.
I'll stick to what I do and my way of approaching the site, it's really no skin off my nose if others want to judge me for that. |

ill put my hands up too because i say the same thing...all women are beautiful....for me its not about beauty...for me its all about personality and chemistry. everyone has their own preferences and likes, no need for me to judge. i just do my own thing and enjoy life |

I do think that there are two distinct groups of people. Those for who looks are very important in sexual attraction and those for who they're not, they find other things like attitude, intelligence of sense of humour the most important things.
I fall in to the first group, I need physical attraction first and foremost but plenty of others are in the second group. |

Agreed, I guess u can have an ideal person in your mind but be open minded and attracted by someone that obviously doesn’t come close to your ideal. For example I also love really tall guys, doesn’t mean i don’t mean shorter guys. Some of the best sex or time I’ve had with shorter guys.
My ideal man (if I could manifest/build my own) has light brown hair (so specific) but I love guys in all different kind of hair and skin tones. |

I would rather a flat out "you are not my type" than blow smoke up my arse for a shag.
That being said, some genuinly don't have a set type and it will come down to facial attraction and personality. Most do have things they don't like though more than things they look for if that makes sense.
For example
Big or small boobs:
"Either" can be true but they will think "but I don't like huge nipples"

Yeah exactly... or its not even like I have this "ideal man" in my head, I'm just instantly, automatically attracted to certain traits and have noticed there's a pattern to it.
(Absolute sucker for dark hair and blue eyes - and you thought you were being super specific! Ha)
I'm not *not* interested in short guys or blonde guys or whatever. If they give good game, I'll be attracted but certain traits just do it for me more than others.

To be honest I have more of an issue with the people who create such threads, being pointless and a nod to the shallow validation people seem to crave these days, then I do the people who claim no preference.
Who cares if you prefer big or little things. Its not like they are the only things that turn up in a meet, the rest of the person does as well!

I think part of it is people are really afraid of offending others.

From a woman white Knight perspective, the only preference I have is that I need to fancy them, for the rest of the package per se I have no preferences, the variety of my meets is quite big and I would have missed out if I stuck to one type as such.
My pet hate is indecisive preferences, make you mind up and just go for what you fancy |

However when I've said I like something on here before, I've been moaned at in the thread saying what about this type?

I’m happy to admit I use looks and body shape as an initial filter. Certainly on here.
Once I get chatting it’s all about how they come across tho.
In a club I’m not so harsh when it comes to looks as so many other factors are available to attract.
I’ve lost count of the times when my initial assessment of a room full of people hasn’t highlighted an initial attraction but then several people have them really grown on me. |
