It's getting me down too. Harder in winter as it's dark at the end of the day earlier and going for a walk when you've done your days commitments isn't a thing like it was in the summer. I'm seriously fed up of my 4 walls. |

Sending you virtual hugs and to anyone else that needs one. I had a day like that yesterday. Got two hours sleep and tossed and turned and cried for the rest of the night x but todays another day and hopefully a wee step closer to getting actual hugs
