I had a great plan the first lockdown and it was going well. Fitness was up and weight was down and then I got cocky and lazy.

I’m back at it now experimenting with different work outs and splits and I’m enjoying it. The challenge will be ramping it up when the profess kicks in and not getting too cocky and ahead of myself

No, I haven’t. Everything I was doing up until March last year was built around gym-level equipment, I can’t get close to it at home and haven’t bothered.

Not at all.. zero weights.

ive been doing much more cardio, lots more mountain biking - i actually leave it in my truck now as i go riding most nights. Missing the weights though!
