So after my hip shenanigans the doc has given me the all clear to start ‘gentle’ exercise again. I weigh 14.7 and need to loose at least a stone. I’m going to use one of those couch to 5 k so I don’t over do it. Any tips? |

Just be careful running (especially on the road) if you're recovering from hip problems. Couch to 5k is just about getting aerobically unfit people to improve their cardiovascular health (which is great), but it's still important to take care with pre existing joint issues. Lots of gentle exercise options might include swimming, but obviously that's not an option right now. |

Research yourself or take some professional nutritional advice based on your goal you've stated.
With more considered control of your energy (food/drink) consumption, you can shift the weight with minimal strenuous exercise. |
