Why is it that you never see penguins in people's photos?
You know lurking in the background - you see children's toys, pet cages, dirty washing, pets, innocent passers by and police cars, but never penguins.

It's the casual speciesism that people adhere to round here. They don't even realise they're doing it, and yet they refuse to have penguins in their pictures.
I think it's rude myself, and yet I hang my head in shame as I perpetuate it with the lack of penguins in my pictures too.

This is very true. Apparently they are rarely seen in each other's company - Penguins and polar bears that is. Ask Lorenzo, he knows about geography and things. Oh and tell him the badge can be whatever shape he makes it. |

They are wonderful creatures. There is a brilliant video clip on social media of two groups of penguins stopping to communicate and giving directions. I don’t think they were looking for the Fab Forum but who knows ? |
