They did a programme on how they film it now, screens are everywhere just cleverly positioned and the physical kissing scenes are the actual real life partners of the actor

Could be pre filmed before covid

I know some tv series that will be on the way soon but was filmed back in February off 2020 and was held back due to covid and editing team couldn’t edit
