Mushrooms FTW!!!!!!
Oyster, straw, shiitake, button, magic, chesnut, lions mane, chanterelle, morels, puff balls, maitake to name just a few. The choice is so varied that I think a lot of people who say they don’t like mushrooms just haven’t found the right one yet.
I am off to prepare some chanterelles on sourdough toast with a poached egg on the top

My boss at domino’s said the same thing shortly before I was asked to hand over my apron and baseball cap and told to never darken their door again  |

You must have had slimy overcooked mushrooms from a dingy cafe once that's put you off?
