I post a lot in the forums, but rarely respond to PM's, especially if they have a sexual slant and the sender isn't what I'm looking for
That's a reflection on me and what I want from here, not the sender
I am more likely to reply if the PM is general, but if it's banter only, for me, we can leave that in the thread

Just because people view your profile it doesn't mean they are interested.
If they were interested they would message you. 
If they don't reply then would you want to meet someone like that? |

1 to 1 convo may be too intimate and pressured. I don't mean you applying pressure or turning it sexual, far from it, I'll try to explain.
Sometimes with 1 to 1 convos I don't want to seem disinterested or rude so sometimes fret about it, the reality is I'm happy to pipe up and say my piece in a group setting (the forums) where I can wander off and return or not. I'd not want to make someone think they did something or said something that either pissed me off or upset me, when the truth is, my brain just isn't in that place, so then I worry and that's where the pressure comes from.
It's not that I'm ignoring THEM... I pretty much ignore everyone! |

This for me too. I just can't hold a conversation anymore.
Better they think I'm a dickhead than them feel bad for me not replying. |
