When I was younger I had a friend who loved rap music.
It's all he listened to.
Eminem, Dr Dre, Ice Cube Snoop Dog, the 'Up in Smoke' tours etc.
He listened to it that much, it even influenced his speech.
When he was popping over, he'd ring me up and say "get your fat ass to the back door fukka, there's some motherfucker there bitch" |

wouldn't say it's my favourite but have a few albums in my collection..my favourite track ever has to be the Geto boys... fuk em.... it's so ridiculous and over the top just cracks me up everytime I hear it.. |

Listened to Dr Dre and Snoop Dog back in the day but listened to them to death.
Me and an ex used to sing to each other in the car to “Nuthin but a g thang”, he’d do Snoop Dogs part and I’d do Dre as he wasn’t so fast keep up with |

Yes but typically 90s east coast/boom bap stuff.
I find the new style of instrumental lo fi hip hop very therapeutic and only really listen to the ‘pop’ style of rap/trap when I’m feeling like I don’t want to be intellectually stimulating and just want something to vibe to |
