I currently feel like I’m stuck in the mud in my life ...

It was really starting to take off and my future looked rather bright and exciting but covid/brexit is going to have a knock on effect of travelling free across the world ...

So go on tell me your plans I may need some inspiration

My only plan is to be around when we can actually do things, but that feels a tad ambitious right now. Guess we will all be in the same rut in five years time.

. Been on benefits can be tough and soul destroying for people that are used to working and want to get on in life. I know as I use to see and speak to them every day face to face before Covid19 took over. I hope your industry can find a way to survive and if it does not your survive you are able to move on and find something suitable.

Career wise, in a more senior position with more relevant skills than I have at the minute. Luckily I'm in an industry that doesn't seem too badly hit by Covid.

Personally, I would also like to have found someone to settle down with but appreciate that the more I think about, the more likely I am to try and force it if it eventually happens

For anyone that’s thinking of a change I think over the next few years is a great time as all previous procedures and ways of industries are going to be changing so I think if you’re gonna do it now is the time after things get in their ways it’ll be harder to swap and change

Not 5 years but we are hoping to be mortgage free in 7 years. 2020 has made me realise that financial stability may not buy happiness but it gives peace of mind. All extra funds this year will either go to cushioning our emergency fund (which took a hit) or over payments on our mortgage. We know it’s not exciting or reaching the sky but it’s comfort in our minds and heart.

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

I've been pondering this question since you posted it OP.

And the answer is I really have no idea. I'd like to think I'll be happy, but honestly that's about all I can come up with at the moment.

I had plans for things last year that obviously weren't able to happen, and right now I just haven't the power to believe that there will come a time when I'll be comfortable planning more than a few months or a year in advance again.

Positive thinking here, it’s supposed to be 5 years from now, kind of hope we have progressed by then and if we are still living like we have been the last year then probably don’t want to be anywhere lol and do you think corona only effected people on a boat ??

"5 years?

In Canada, living in the middle of the forest, 5 miles away from the nearest small town."

My mate lives there!

Actually she really does, a beautiful massive log built house in Orangeville. Everything about it is breathtakingly stunning in its simplicity.

Hopefully making myself a very successful business man and helping where our government doesn't meet those requirements needed to help the less fortunate and give them a successful opportunity to also make something of themselves

"I enrolled on a GCSE science evening class today, starts in sept...

boredom made me do it! see how I get along, might see if can become a marine biologist or something else that will enable me to move and live by the coast

Events indusrty is buggered for at least another year

I start a strength and conditioning course tomorrow

They say knowledge is power

That they do, I did a degree because I wanted the “photo” got myself a first!

We’ll done , I came out of school limited qualification but I’ve got 6 in fitness which is where my passion is "

Thank you, I got asked to leave mainstream Ed at 13 1/2 my science education stopped then... along with many other subjects... annoying I will have to pay to take the exam I’ve never taken, but should be fun

I’m dyslexic and the school I went to didn’t like under performing students!

I'm unsure in a good way. As long as I have health that's similar to or better than now, I'll be comfortable. Taking each day as it comes and I'm assuming that things will be more relaxed than now. The details aren't too important

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Kissing, hugging, touching - all the tactile things we have all had to not do and missed! Lets hope covid will not continue.....

Failing that wearing pink leather chaps with my nice bum hanging out and a pink leather hat with LED's that flash on and off in the dark. A carboard sign on front and back saying will bonk like a male bunny for food!

Was hoping to myself, my elderly mum has several properties on the island and she has resident status. Myself with a UK passport can now only stay for 90 days max. Bollocks to Brexit
