I make plans. Get up. Venture to another room, usually the kitchen first, explore for cow juice, then I wander into the living room and research the current affairs of the moment before, stripping naked and dousing myself with hot soapy water |

Long dog walks, Netflix, just started one of those back to front jigsaws, they take f..o..r..e..v..e..r to complete, online bingo, virtual club night on Fab, 3 food delivery sessions for the local food bank, work paperwork, shampooing the hall carpet.
That should be plenty.  |
