I’ll start: a ‘friend’ (I use that term loosely) aired their jumped up, uneducated opinion on something I am both passionate and much more knowledgable about on social media. I took the bait and responded.
I’m annoyed with them and myself for not sitting on my hands!

Don’t be annoyed at yourself for airing your views when the said ‘friend’ would have reasonable expectations of hearing them after airing theirs.  |

My current levels of anxiety will not allow me to sleep at night.
I get about 2/3 hours in the morning atm and it's driving me insane.
The feeling of dread and fear is consistent and super annoying

I annoyed myself... I walked up to the shop to get just soya milk, and ended up buying an obergene, naan bread, beer and some chick peas.
I forgot the milk, so now have none for the morning!!!
Had a great veggie curry for dinner though  |

No matter how many times i told someone at work "No, dont drive over there" they still went ahead and tried to take a short cut and created £25,000 worth of damage, which i now have to explain to my boss tomorrow. |

The mother being void of emotion and completely insensitive.
2 memes about death no more than an hour after I opened up and told her I'd just learned of a friends passing and was all over the place emotionally. |
