If the one hour daily exercise limit is reintroduced I'm flogging my allowance as I have no need or interest in it. I've never exercised for an hour A-day in my life so don't see why I should start now.
What would give me in exchange for my exercise time?

Well I could do that but only indoors so what I'm action offering is someone to have my hour day of outdoor time.
