As we have been on lockdown 3.0 for a week now, has anyone still got goals set?

I’m planning to become more flexible and do more yoga, thinking to brush up my french

Try vinyasa yoga, if you don’t like the meditative part. Vinyasa is very physical a bit like Pilates

I started learning to play guitar and I've really enjoyed doing so, it's been therapeutic.

No new skills. I've got a big creative project, I'm brushing up on languages, and there are so many research rabbit holes to fall down

I'm going to try my hand at making chocolate baubles.

If I can resist the temptation to eat the chocolate before I've melted it.

True. No matter how much I trained I could not do the splits or touch my toes as a child.

I had to stop my Gymnastics awards because of it.

I was discouraged from physical activity for this and other reasons.

I'm no gymnast, dancer, or runner. Can do other things.
