Have a good warm shower first to loosen the skin up. Makes a big difference as well.

Coconut oil is amazing, you can use it for all kinds of things! I use it on my face instead of moisturiser at night. I use it on my hair and my body.

I also give it to the dog, he has a spoonful with his breakfast and I brush it into his fur
