I'm not eating more, I'm literally just not moving. Happened last lockdown and I dropped the weight within about 8 weeks being back at work.
I really need to start moving about more. I shit you not I've got a granny tipper chair and I've even been utilising it with great delight. "Stand me up G-tips!" Yep, that's what I say to the chair. Sometimes I even thank it too  |

I dieted and lost a stone and a half over late summer/early autumn 2020. I've put it all back on, and maybe more! I don't care. We're living in a global pandemic! If I have a shit shift at work and decide to have a take away instead of cooking then I damn well will!
