An artist you'd forgotten about

A Club or Your Bedroom!

I'm laid in the bath reliving my youth, listening to the best of James. Haven't heard it for years, it just appeared on my spotify. Hearing it has taken me straight back to being a teenager and I can even still remember most of the lyrics!

So the challenge for you all is to rediscover an artist you'd forgotten about and take some time to reminisce.

Post yours here to try inspire others. Mr Xx

I recently went through a few old vinyl albums kept in the loft & have been rediscovering the first two albums I ever bought in 1979 via Amazon or Spotify as I no longer have a deck.

The Tubes - Remote Control &

ELO - Face The Music

Worcester

I was listening to some James earlier on an old playlist of mine. Others on there that took me back were hole, elastica, garbage, Radiohead, republica, massive attack and primal scream. It was like being back at college.

If I've forgotten about an artist it's for a good reason..I hate them and never want to hear them again..

I can't think of any artists I've forgotten about (we'll duh) but the other day No Leaf Clover came on one of my playlists and was blown away again at how epic it is. The S&M version.

I’ve been doing a lot of that OP

INXS for me today.

Also saw Mystify, the recent documentary about Michael Hutchence. A more nuanced and sympathetic tale than was told at the time

At work I always stick on YouTube and see what it throws at me. Had a full on Britney session yesterday, forgot how many bangers she had
