Smells like dinner time...

I plonked a ham joint in the slow cooker last night with some and brown sugar...I've just transferred it to the oven with the juices reduced and a fuck tonne of garlic and some honey for the last hour or so of cooking.

Taters peeled for mashing, cheddar and wholegrain mustard to stir in.

And I'll add some peas...

It smells amazing! And I've not eaten yet today, I'm so ready for it!

NSP is apparently ready for a vat of mash too

Made sort of a cottage pie for left overs yesterday chucked peas carrots broccoli in a dish with gravy fried some mine left to cool then covered in mash just put over on to warm it up having it with a giant yorkshire pudding.

Juicy pork chops. The key is to turn them over once a minute so they cook evenly (you can do the same with steaks too). With a side of potatoes braised in some meat stock.
