I am in one of those moods that if things were normal I would be randomly throwing on a dress qnd heading to a rock pub because I am going stir crazy in the house!

I sort of know the feeling. After 6 months of freedom & normal life the island has gone back into a 3 week circuit breaker lockdown after a sudden outbreak of cases over xmas & new year. I had my exercise walk this afternoon just to get out of the four walls but it feels strangely harder this time round than the first time.  |

Me and my friends has a zoom meeting for about 4 hours with music and drinks and dancing. I know it’s not the same but we had fun. We also had tinder swiping on to see if any of us could pull whilst drinking . And pretending the girls were in the bar. |

Those were the days when I'd take myself out. Go and hit the pool table or head for some music.
There's a place called Moseley local to me and looking back we were spoilt for choice of venues.
I so miss stopping off for a glass of wine over dinner with a girl friend....putting the world to rights.

Yeah Moseley, B'ham..so you weren't far away then
It is open late and there's loads of places to go... Live music/open mic, Dj's ....clubs, restaurants.
