How do you respond to compliments?
I know it depends on whos giving them and why, but if its on here and the person is trying to be nice, how does one respond?

I don’t have time.
If I had a penny for every compliment message I got on fabswingers.com then I could buy myself those pectoral implants I’ve always wanted and then go topless at the beach. |

I am often guilty of "not accepting" a compliment, mostly I get complimented on things that I think I could be better at.

I suppose it depends on how genuine I feel they are..so my response could be nice one, thanks or something more simcere.
If I'm told I'm gorgeous and they haven't even seen a face pic it means nothing more than, they've trying to get in my pants.
Which is fair enough I supposed. |

"Dont. Ive tried it and the majority think a thank you in response means the conversation is open. You'll be flooded by messages "
Oh if it's random on here I wouldn't notice let alone respond. I don't really read messages anymore. |

I get beach body ready instantly by not caring what anyone thinks of my body on the beach. |

I say thank you and try to pay one back.
I used to be self deprecating about it but learned that after a while it becomes very unattractive so try to stop that |

Im not keen on them, I'm one of these people that don't know how to take them especially when its said directly to my face, awkward 'thanks' Im also a little suspicious of people who over do the compliments |

I'm not good at accepting them
When the cringing stops, I either laugh it off or just say thanks
I won't recipricate if there's nothing to compliment back on |

I struggle to tell if a compliment is genuine or not, but I always say "thank you" in case it is sincere. I may not agree with them or trust their motivations, but it's quicker and more gracious to just accept it.
I got told off for deflecting a compliment once as it made the giver feel rejected. I'd never looked at it that way before. |

I just say thanks these days. I used to always fight them but I've learned there is no point as you just come across badly like you're looking for attention. O.o |

Really depends who off and what about.
Something about how I look from a friend and I'll say something like "well of course ya spanner, it's me"
Something personal about the "who" of me and I'm likely to burst into tears.
Anything off a random off here and if I do respond it's probably something like "you'll need to do better than shit I've heard before to get in my undercrackers, appreciate the sentiment tho"

It depends on the compliment, the person, and the circumstances. The ones on here that tell me I'm beautiful when they can't see my face usually get either a sarcastic response or ignored. But generally I'll say something along the lines of "aww, thank you, that made me smile" |

If its a compliment from the heart with no agenda.. 'Ahh thank you'. I'll take it into my heart. As I would want anyone to receive a compliment from me.. Fully.
Have it. Say it. We need to appreciate eachother and ourselves more. We bloom when seen, heard and acknowledged. Just like children.

I like receiving compliments and always say thank you if someone has taken the time to say something nice, but I cringe when I get them, have never been good with compliments lol |

"My instinct is to deflect, but I know that's quite an annoying trait so I've tried to train myself to just accept it with a thanks."
So many women do this , you say your hair looks nice or that’s a nice dress and they deflect and start saying ‘It’s only.....something or other’ just receive it and say thank you it builds confidence |
