"Wild horses
My favourite "
Do you know Gram Parsons ? He was hanging out a lot with the Stones and was a big influence on this song. He released a version too which is worth checking out.
For me it’s Tumbling Dice from Exile on Main Street. |

"Another vote for Paint it Black"
Paint it Black was the first song at my wedding. Ok, I know it's about depression and rage but it's just so good to dance to. |

Oh, in agreement with many I'd say it's difficult to choose but of course, "Gimme Shelter" is transcendent.
"Paint it Black", "Sympathy for the Devil", "19th Nervous Breakdown" and "Wild Horses" obviously.
But I've always also really liked "Stray Cut Blues" which is just one of the sleaziest-sounding songs I think they've recorded and it HAS to be played loud!
"I bet your momma don't know/you can scratch like that..."
Now that is a down-to-it fucking song...lol |

Such a hard call! I really love 'you can't always get what you want' but 'the last time' is also a total belter. Saw them at the Olympic park a couple of years ago and they were dynamite - Mick must have been nipping offstage for oxygen cos' he spent the whole 2 hours dancing like a weasel on a hotplate. |

It’s impossible to choose just one
Sympathy for the Devil
Gimme Shelter
19th Nervous Breakdown
Miss You
Midnight Rambler
Doom and Gloom
I could listen to them all day and all night |

"It’s like being made to choose who your fav child is. Saw them in London a few years ago. Absolutely brilliant AND supported by Liam Gallagher "
I was at that gig! Liam was...Liam. They were something else though, weren’t they? |
