"I don't know what this is?

Its all about an introduction to running and helps you by blending running with walking to help your stamina, fitness and endurance.

I am a runner, I didn't use couch to 5k but did my own methods of similar structure. Well done and I hope you enjoy running.

Ahh gotcha

Great initiative.

I thought about training for the Great North Run this year, but I'm unsure if it's likely to happen.

But it wouldn't hurt to get off my fat ass and start running again.

I walk my dog 3 times a day and do the occasional bike ride.

But I'm getting so much more lazier at the moment.

I hate running with a passion. Too much pressure on my knees and even my shins start to hurt after only a bit of running

I think I prefer walking at a good pace while listening to music for a couple of hours

What would you recommend for good footwear? I've always been terrible with correct fits

Personally I’ve got a really good pair of running socks which are extremely comfy and a pair of Solomon trainers! And they are great but there’s cheaper and equally as good brands out there

Warwick

Got up to the final week.

It was a bastard, but the good thing was it was the same about of a bastard in the first week where I hardly ran, as it was right near the end where I was nearly running 5k. So it must have worked.

The cold put a stop to it though, as I hate being cold and can't find anything warm enough that I can actually run in
