Having a bath before I get ready for Friday's debauchery

Just had a carbonara... my fitness plan might not result in weightloss, but hopefully I'll be stronger and happier.
I've not headspace for calorie cutting atm. I'm cracking out my giant box of Milk Tray and prosecco tonight! |

Lidl has some great things available to be fair. They did a delicious banoffee spread that tasted amazing heated up and drizzled over vanilla ice cream. |
