It's post Christmas/new year and all the pubs and bars are closed due to lockdown. There is a good chance that you have some of the Christmas spirit left over in the cupboard or just want to create something good at home with stuff available from the super market so we thought we would create a fab list of simple cocktails.

Feel free to add your suggestions but let's keep it in the spirit and keep it to readily available ingredients and nothing really technical and we're pretty sure everyone here knows how to mix a

Spirit with so let's try and keep it on topic.

FRENCH CONNECTION

Whisky glass, add ice, 2 measures of brandy and 1 of amaretto and stir.

BEE'S KNEES

2 measures gin, 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of lime juice shaken with ice, strain into cocktail glass.

PEACH COSMOPOLITAN

2 measures vodka, 1 measure peach schnapps (archers), 1 measure cranberry juice, shake with ice and pour or have tall over ice by adding extra cranberry juice.

Enjoy, stay safe and play safe
