Has anyone tried the hyperbolic stretching program? I keep seeing the add come up on Facebook. It claims to help you be able to do the full splits in 4 weeks. Read a few reviews that look good. Considering giving it a go. Would be good to hear if anyone here has tried it |

The comments here are purely my opinion, so make of them what you will.....
1 - It’s ‘all over Facebook’. First alarm bell for me if you’ve not seen it in normal media also; it’s an easy medium to peddle any old tat.
2 - The price ends in a ‘7’. A common market trick to increase sales. If it were good enough, it wouldn’t need this.
3 - In all the specialists across the world, this one guy has managed to find a revolutionary way of doing something that all those others have missed? Not impossible, but see #1.
4 - In my past, I did martial arts for a fair few years and did so in two stints years apart. I had to gain sufficient flexibility both times, using both dynamic and isometric stretches, and it takes a long time (months/years) to get really flexible. There probably are ways to accelerate it, but four weeks feels like you’re doing something you shouldn’t be.
5 - Yoga is far more proven than this is; have you looked at that? |
