What will be the official date we return to a normal way of life. Ie talking to people in say a bar without a mask less than 2m away and not from the same household.

Will I get fined for having a handwritten and laminated temporary registration number selotaped inside my rear windscreen (not a euphamism)? On my to work today there was a police van right behind me

Technically it would be in breach of the road traffic act. The normal procedure if any action was to be taken would be to pull you over and issue you with a notice requiring you to rectify the matter within 7 days. They didn't so you got away with it.
