I suppose a wink to someone I have already met would be a quick hi, remember me and the fun we had. A sign of appreciation maybe?
Not saying I do it a lot but not something I think I shouldn't do!

It could be they have forgotten, but when you click on the profile it tells you if you have winked before. It could also be that conversation had stalled before and they are using it as a way to reinitialise it. Or it could be a way to show that there are interested again.
We use winks as a non pushy way of saying we are interested or that we think your profile is really hot/ fun and that if they like what they see on ours we would love to say hi. Lots of people are busy and a wink is a quick "hello, we see you".  |
