I wouldn't - I also wouldn't ask to meet in the middle of a lockdown / pandemic etc.., but perhaps it just takes you off their radar so there's no temptation to follow up with more messages. Apparently people can be persistent. In this sense, I'd say it's a good thing they block. |

Perhaps it's so they don't accidentally message you again at a later date? I block people after messaging if I know it's not going to go anywhere to avoid a repeat first message situation. It's good admin  |

Why does it matter why? It just means you won't cross paths again and of their was name calling amd they were stupid enough to be asking to meet now, I would be the one doing the blocking. |

I dont block for that reason.. i dont ask for meets.
Ive block women that pester me for a meet then get nasty when i politely decline & block women that message me when their profile clearly states 'bbc only' i prefer itv.  |

If she has said no then she is unlikely to change here mind after the restrictions are lifted so blocking her saves the hastle of asking again later and being rejected a second time. easier to know who when etc then |
