"I've heard rumours some men keep a wank diary.
Perhaps those who do could confirm..........."
A wank diary you say. I wonder do they read back and reminiss over that time they blew the beans to a gandbang scene on YouJizz and painted an area of the ceiling in a nice shade of spunk. Just me maybe? |

I don’t but I’ve thought about journaling - not in any great detail but it sounds similar to a diary.
Maybe I should keep one - could publish them later on as a sleep aid |

I've tried keeping a diary a couple of times, but I had to stop because re-reading my entries was toe-curlingly cringeworthy. Perhaps I should have edited my thoughts to make myself look better! |

This for me too!
And also, mine was an eye opener as to how samey my days were. So I gave up
out of self embarrassment |

My sister found one of my stream-of-consciouness type scribbles a couple of years ago and I nearly turned inside out with embarrassment. Never again! |

I have used very candid journaling at times during my life when I was going through a lot of personal development and found it really useful. I’m very open with my thoughts and feelings these days and regularly unpack them with others, so I have less need for it at the moment. But it is a great tool. I don’t worry so much about it being found as I keep most of it online now. Old journals have been destroyed although I have written up much of what I learned in one form or another. |

"I used to until I was about 20 odd years old , I dont even know where they are anymore "
Yes I did mid teens to mid 20s. They're all in a suitcase somewhere. Not sure if my cringe factor could take it |

I haven't for a long time, like posters above I cringed after reading my self indulgent ramblings. Sometimes I'm tempted to but I read my stream of consciousness on here and think, no Meli, save yourself from epics like that. |

That does sound like a good idea |

I don’t write a diary but I do sometimes write in a journal when something memorable happens because it’s good to reinforce the positive memory.
You think the nuclear codes are tough to break - that’s nothing compared to the password I have on this |

Writing a diary can be very therapeutic. Reading it back at a later date is the mother and father of all nightmares. Write it daily and burn it soon as say I |
