So yesterday I did a home workout as the gym was closed and will be for the foreseeable future, but it just wasn’t the same and I don’t have as many selections of equipment or weight. It really isn’t the same.
So what things have you done/experienced where it is just nothing like it used to be or doesn’t compare to the other?

I haven't been to the gym since March. I have replaced my treadmill run with a 10 mile bike ride, some static stretches and exercises and a modest set of dumbells for upper body work. I haven't noticed any deterioration and enjoy the bike far more than the running. |
