For most at the moment it’s stress and anxiety brought on by covid and this latest lockdown and for others it could be illness of life in general!

For me it’s the effing drum beat for Another One Bites The Dust . Trying to learn it on the drums and I can’t get the bloody thing out of my mind haha

Moving home, fall out with a family member, my special needs daughter not being able to go to school after so much time off already and no club nights, pub nights, meets or holidays to look forward to

Depression. Bed time is just the perfect environment for mental health to run riot. Dark and quiet, the mind just over thinks and drags me down.

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

Where do I start? Terminally ill mother who I am a carer for. Autistic 8 year old having meltdowns and no idea how to tackle it. Sister's boyfriend being mentally abusive to her. Wider family not respecting covid restrictions and generally being unsupportive.

I'm not depressed even though I can hardly be described as happy right now. I'm not sure I feel anxious. I am exhausted but I don't fall asleep easily at night. Maybe I just feel fed up. I can't even concentrate on a film these days. I used to exercise daily but haven't done anything since early December. I might try going for a run at some point but severely lacking motivation each time I look outside. A Fab timeout could be useful.

READING

Feckin tinnitus! The horrible 24/7 hissing sound that can be loud enough to drown out the telly. That and backache.
