My fav cakes - Sacher Torte, Coffee and Walnut, Lemon Drizzle, Black Forest Gateau and anything from my local bakery in France - everything they make is light and delicious. |

That particular one closed years ago - it was run as a co-op and my daughter lived nearby at the time. She has been veggie since 12 hence my ordering a vegan cake to be delivered to her. There is a great vegan patisserie in her town but they are closed at the moment. |
