You are not alone.
There is a community here willing and wanting to help eachother in these difficult times.
I made a thread earlier about mental health, lots of fellow forum members offered their services through messaging etc to be there for eachother.
Tonight's announcement by the PM was difficult to take, but trust me, you are not alone here.
You may be isolated, but I urge you to reach out here and help is at hand.
We are in this together.
We will support eachother.
You are not alone.

You aren't alone just sometimes it's a littler quieter than we'd like. Are you able to focus on the things around you, what you can see, what you can hear, what you can smell. Make a list of them in your head what you like about it. No matter how random but to break the destructive thought.
As the hatter said if you can't see the light then I will sit with you in the dark.
There are people here to just be, listen,signpost. Just never give up reaching and the hands will be there to help you through.  |
