"How do you overcome fear of going near anyone?"
That fear is a perfectly reasonable response given the current worsening situation.
I too have that fear and have been hiding at home for almost a month.
The time to deal with the fear is when things start returning to more normal.

You're far under 60, I'm assuming you don't have any serious underlying conditions. That means you've got approximately a 99.7% chance of recovery if you do contract it. It really isn't all that dangerous of a disease (but still be sensible). |

Like with everything in life there are associated risks as we are all well aware the risks are so high at the moment so it’s going to remain a concern to meet and move forward with life as close to normal as possible until more factors are in place to reduce the associated risks present. |

OP, fear is evolution's method of keeping us alive. It is currently a very sane response to an insane situation. You are not alone in feeling like this, and when the pandemic is over I am sure that we will see things like friendship and mutual support groups pop up, as people aid each other in coming to terms with everything that has happened.
Stay safe at the moment, save your spoons for the future. |

Desensitisation is a typical approach. Bit, by bit.
Talking through your fears gets them out into the open, potentially to rationalise them, taking decisions on what you want and permit for yourself |
