I just wanted to know if most people see receiving a wink as a compliment ? Personally I don't go chucking winks out willy nilliy but I do hope the ones I do do are seen as a compliment to the recipients.

Some people don't mind tham at all and see it as a cheeky flirt

i dont look at my winks much but most who wink dont read profiles just wink and hope for the best lol

LOL I was just about to say I don't know because you haven't sent me one and then on looking through them I found I was wrong..taken as a compliment

I must admit I do read people's profiles, hell that's one of the most enjoyable things of the site, and don't send messages or winks to people who have stated so on their profile can't really see the point in that. Thanks for the input

Now I'm just waiting for someone to say say I've sent them a wink after it specifically says not to!

I see them as harmless flirting and if I like profile I send a wink back or a quick message.

I prefer a wink to an obviously copied and pasted message that's not personal at all.

The winks that always make me laugh are the ones from people already on my friends list

always makes me laugh as they obviously forgot they already know us xx

harmless intitial flirt. cannot see why peeps get so het up. we usually take a shufty and wink back if we like.

you don't even need to look at or delete them as they don't get in your way at all.

peeps should chill a bit and enjoy.

I'll have a look now and then and will occasionally check out the profile if the name or picture catches my eye....if it holds my interest then I'll send a wink back as kinda an invite for them to message me, can't remember now if I've ever met as the result of an initial wink.....

Think I sent a charity wink to Pablo once when he was begging for one in the forums.....

I see them as laziness, if a guy is interested he will send a message, I never look at mine just bulk delete, same as with friends invites from someone I have never had contact with

I'm the same if someone can't be bothers to send an individual message then I mass delete too without really looking.
