Go to your doctor and say you can’t sleep due to severe stress due to covid and other responsibilities that are just weighing you down and you can’t breath or escape them and you can’t sleep which is effectting your daily life and making you more depress and your stuck in a vicious circle and you can’t see an and, maybe he will have you some ibuprofen or zoplicone and another form of sleeping aid if things get that bad |

I think my sleeping pattern is more fucked. I have to be up by 6 to get to work by 8:30 and the bloody sleep won't come. |

I've had this problem for a while. I've found staying awake right though and trying again the following night works as a reset.
Not playing video games or using the phone too much before bed helps.
When in bed I've found relaxing my face muscles then my neck, torso, arms etc works well to eventually arrive in the land of nod. |
