Still love it but I'm just getting really frustrated with it.
I get that there would be no story otherwise, but damn, a lot of the conflict is rather forced and easily avoided. Even more so by the adults. The amount of times a character sees something, gets angry and the whole thing kicks off again resulting back in square one. |

Oh yeah definitely. I think for me its total nostalgia as every casr member, with the exception of the kids, are original cast members. Its just cool. Everyone is so much quicker to fight, its all a little cheesy but its epic entertainment especially of you grew up in that era and only went to Karate classes because of the Karate Kid films ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

The general money making consensus disagrees.
One of the most popular shows on Netflix, means plenty of people watch it and enjoy it, means plenty of that little thing called money comes rolling in. I'd say taking it out of the 80s was the right thing to do. |
