How can you say it is very closed-minded? You haven’t taken any time to understand what their rationale is for not meeting ‘gym guys’ is. It is the same as me jumping on a couple who have no desire to meet bi-guys and saying they are bi-phobic. People’s reasoning is complex, and leaping the ladder of inference, like you just did, will see you land flat on your backside much more often, than taking time to understand their perspective.

yea im straight. Thats about it. A woman can be attractive to me in many ways. Big small fat thin black white it makes no difference. I wouldnt write someone off without even a chance. I mean in the past I've met people and haven't liked them at all or found them attractive but then later on found myself fancying them massively.

Do not have to be gym fit to have stamina. Plenty of normal guys have been as good as anyone gym fit. Ad for its the same as racism thats a bad comparison. And our loss i think not! We have a long list of cpls we speak to regular. Its your attitude that will lose you meets.

What a case of not prepared for being told no.

We can not be everything to everyone and attempting to shame for there point of view is really not helping the single guy cause.

Many on here have had poor experiences with ill mannered single guys. All we need to do is rise above it and be better than those who are trailing blazing the way to being said no to.

A man who truely undetstands. Its guys going off on one who will put us off meeting single guys totally. We were going to start meeting single guys in the nesr future after we itched out cple meeting fantasy. But now i think its a no after his reply. Men like this shoot themselves in the foot with the arrogant attitude. The all gym fit guys have stamina ect does not wash. I have trained in martial arts for 25yrs and i bet i have more stamina than most gym guys. Do not need a gtm to build stamina. Thanks for your respectful reply again. J&J

OK so what is your reason for not meeting a guy that goes to the gym? Because as you said you train martial arts forn25 years thats just like going gym really and I have done ju jitsu for a few years. So tell me....

It not aimed at you personally but just our preference for average people. I myself am very fit but do not go to a gym. We do not react to peoe who will not meet us because we are not gym fit. You need to stop taking the replys you do not like personally or simply do not start a post asking for their take on it. I have replied respectfully in this reply dispite your nasty replies. Well saying it was our loss as gym guys have more stamina. You are replying to cpl who have made a lot if friends since we joined so it is not a loss to any cpl not just us in particular. It’s not just about being rude hun x Chatting in a forum and what is posted gives people a good chance to find out a bit of personality about someone rather than just looking at pictures and the bio. People them make their own minds up about how they interpret those people. Looking back at this thread it hasn’t shone you in a very good light with a lot of people. That is only their opinions but with so many people having a negative reaction to your messages, it should be an indicator that might lead to some Self reflection x

Its a rather clumsy analogy but I imagine the op is simply drawing a parallel between having a prejudiced opinion against all people who go to the gym... Because they are gym fit... And having a prejudiced opinion against any other group of people. I may be wrong.

Just shows how easy it is to misrepresent / misunderstand and take umbrage at written text. I'm sure there's no malice from anyone really but reading through this thread it appears an argument looking for a room.
