London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

Developed insomnia which is handy. Also researching on Internet as I have been hearing these strange pulsing sounds outside. I cannot find any exact articles but have found a youtube clip with the exact sound which I just managed to record myself an hour ago. I might stick a thread up to see what the Fab loonies make of it.
