Sunshine, positive attitude, productive, stress free and maybe a wee afternoon nap and rounded off by a nice bath that’s far far too hot and some candles and a nice feel good film and early night spooning my pillows |

Getting stuff done I’ve maybe put off for ages.
Spending time with my kids with no arguments.
The sun coming out.
A good bracing walk where you get out of breath but feel exhilaration for being in nature.

As long as whatever I did was guilt-free I'd class it as a good day. Sometimes I can get everything on my to do list done but feel rotten I haven't done anything fun with the wee one, or spend a day lazing and spoiling myself but not enjoy it as I have things hanging over me I should be doing. So any night I go to bed unstressed over how I spent the day is a victory in my book. |
