I'm really arsey about good bread.
Wholemeal all the way ... but PROPER wholemeal.
Cheap supermarket bread really is just over raised glutonous shit ...... awful stuff..........
I love soda bread , irish farls , cruty cobs...... but my bread of choice is a wholemeal and I don't mean a fucking soft , sliced and rammed in a plastic bag Hovis...... ( Hovis you should be ashamed ) Lang may yer wheels rattle on the cobbles....... you sold out |

I love making bread too ... mainly wholemeal sometimes seeded sometimes sourdough and fresh every other day! Yummy with fresh butter and still warm from the oven nothing else needed! |

I love your warm, straight from the oven with cold fresh butter.
The only addition is a plate and sauces to mop up with it.
