Argh I can't sleep!

Good evening

I have tried everything, including sleeping aid pills but I am still wide awake.

I know there must be loads of people awake on here. What stops you sleeping?

It's an antihistamine that has a sedative effect also

Someone gave me something like this to try a few months back and it did work. Are they over the counter stuff?

Years ago the doc prescribed it to my son as he was a good awful sleeper. It worked a bloody treat. You can get it over counter. It's also in night nurse.
