First stop Happy New Year to each and every single one of you who read this little post that I put out. Hopefully this year I will stick to my guns and lose the weight which I need to lose that way I can be happier in myself. Have any of you lot got any new years resolutions ?  |

To just be kinder to myself. To show myself the same care, compassion kindness and love I give to others.
I'd love to lose a lot of weight but I also want to shift my mindset on that too. Being a size 12 won't change my life or anyone else's. I need to accept its not failing to not achieve that. |

Never make any big new year resolutions pointless really as I won’t stick to them but there is one thing I’m changing and that’s not to be taken for a twat again  happy new year to all |
